Transplant Living
Transplant Living is a project of the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), a nonprofit organization that maintains the national Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) under contract with the Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  They have a listing by state of transplant support groups.  

Transplant Support Organization (TSO)
TSO is a transplant support group of pre and post recipients, caregivers, living donors, and donor families. Their group is located in the New York City metropolitan area. Members are from Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland Counties in New York State.
